Since orders are shipped internationally, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, flight schedules, or other international transit delays.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied items.
• Return requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on your order or product page.
• An unboxing/opening video of the package is mandatory for all return requests.
• Items must be unused and returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoice, where applicable.
